Youth:
At the Youth level, we focus on posture, core, flexibility, running techniques, jumping and landing.  We emphasize body awareness and biomechanics (how the body moves) to help decrease injury.

High School:

At the High School Level in addition to posture, core, flexibility, running techniques, jumping and landing; we focus on speed, agility and sport specific movements.

Collegiate:
At the Collegiate level we combine Youth and High School skills taught at Up 2 Speed Sports Performance so they become more instinctual.  This prepares the athlete to succeed at this level.
